As a new patient, I will book a consultation with you so that we can take into account your medical history, and determine your condition and diagnosis. After that, I'll carry out a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Medication Management Consultation

The medication management consultation is there to determine the effectiveness of the patient's treatment plan. If there are any improvements, the treatment can be continued or if there are none, a more intense path of treatment will be assigned.
